If you were a sponsor at last year’s conference in Nashville and filled out a POST survey, we thank you. We truly value your comments and suggestions. As per your request, we have made some changes to ensure that YOUR company has an excellent and profitable experience. Some of the changes we have implemented for this years’ event are as follows:
- No more late evenings! General session will end by 6:30pm every night
(There will be a student SPIZ night Friday evening).
- There will be a total of 10 expo hours. Eight of them are non-compete hours.
- Additional breaks have been implemented into the schedule.
THURSDAY: Exhibit room opens at 12:00pm. GS from 1:30-6:30pm. 1/2 hour break from
4:00-4:30pm and expo room will be open 1/2 hour after last speaker.
FRIDAY: GS from 8:30am to 6:30pm. 1/2 hour breaks from 9:30-10:00am and 4:00-4:30pm.
Expo room will be open 1/2 hour after last speaker. Lunch is 12:30-2:00pm.
SATURDAY: GS from 8:30am to 6:30pm. 1/2 hour breaks from 9:30-10:00am and 4:00-4:30pm.
Expo room will be open 1/2 hour after last speaker. UCHC sponsored lunch is from 12:00-2:00pm.
- No outside vendor to handle shipping logistics to keep your external costs down.
- 18 guest speakers.
- 17 booths available.
- Food setup will be centralized to encourage traffic flow to all booths.
- Early registration discount to attract more attendees.
There are only a limited number of sponsorship/exhibitor spaces available at this event (17 TOTAL).
Each year, as this seminar continues to grow, we will offer first right of refusal to previous sponsors for priority placement at future seminars.
